ListNRide 's mission is to change every place into a perfect ride. ListNRide is the leading platform for bike rental in Europe. The consumer can now rent a bike of any kind at any location in an uncomplicated and secure way. We aim to contribute to a more active and healthier lifestyle reducing the CO2 footprint by using bicycles more frequently. We are looking for: An experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team. You support to shape the lifecycle of a bicycle - from logistics over registration up to the return process. Together with suppliers (OEMs & dealers) and service providers, you implement efficient and highly scalable processes. You constantly monitor that the agreed service levels are met, and lead times are short. In case the performance of suppliers & partners does not match our quality standards, you drive change through escalating and steering the cooperation into the right direction. What will keep you challenged?
  • Launching the MVP product with first business partners and further develop underlying strategy
  • Working jointly with our PM, you will define requirements to bring our systems to the next level
  • Support the building of the backbone of our operations: the fleet management system.
  • Managing and reducing the TCO (total cost of ownership) to meet our profitability targets.
  • Ensuring professional and insightful communication between us and suppliers & partners
  • Improve reporting, both in quality and frequency to drive business development.
  • Building story lines to show case successful partners to potential new clients.
Which traits contribute to your success?
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a commercial role or consulting, e.g. sales/account manager or customer success manager in a B2B environment
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in the mobility sector and or subscription related business
  • Excellent people skills with an ability to lead conversations and negotiations & the confidence to inspire people
  • Strong Data literacy for efficient operations and further professionalization of this business line

  • Great communication skills in German and English
